Are your candles ready-made?

As we ensure that only the freshest and the loveliest candles reach you, our candles are made in small batches and would require up to 5 working days to process your orders (Standard 3-5 business days for delivery applies after).

Should you require your candle order to reach any earlier / special date request, please reach out to the team here and we will advise the best possible option especially for you.

Are the flowers flammable?

Yes they are, hence would always advice to light it up carefully. Although it should not catch a huge (and prolong) fire/burning, you can always choose to remove the floral decorations once the wax has melted that portion of the candle for safety! 

How are the flowers chosen?

All our florals are thematic and placed at random (hence every candle you receive is unique that way, one-of-a-kind!)

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Our soy wax products are made with 100% soy wax and high grade fragrance oils/pure essential oil. The ingredients we use are cruelty free and we do not test our products on animals. 

Where are your products made? 

Every individual product is hand-made with love and shipped from our little humble studio in Singapore run by one - our Founder, Jeanne. 

Can I reuse my jars?

Yes you can! Simply pop your candle (assuming there's some lil' wax left) into the freezer for a few hours. Once it pops up, gently use a spoon/fork to scoop it up, clean up with dishwashing soap and lukewarm water & you're good to go! 


How will my candles be packed?

Each of them will be carefully wrapped in paper boxes! They will then be safely hand-packed in paper bags while its in transit to you. 

Can I self-collect my orders instead? 

Not at the moment, but we are working on it! 

Can my order be sent as a gift?

Definitely! You may click on 'Is it a gift?' to include a message note and we would handwrite them nicely on a card on your behalf. 

Alternatively, if you would like to have it pack nicely in a gift box, you may add that option separately to your cart before checking out.

Do you delivery internationally?

Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping within Singapore. 

Who are the courier partners? Are they trackable?

We deliver via a private courier partner. When your parcel is due to arrive you same/next-day, you'd receive a notification to reach out to the delivery driver should you have any last-min special delivery request (eg. leave in riser). Changing of addresses is strictly NOT allowed.

Should there be any case where the parcel could not be delivered successfully & unable to reach recipient via calls/messages, an additional $10 fee will be charged for a redelivery attempt. 

Please also ensure that your address is COMPLETE during purchase, such as block number, unit number and postal code.

I have received my parcel but not all orders are in, what shall I do?

Do check in for any message note left in the parcel or an email notification from us. Occasionally we may dispatch partial orders if some other items are experiencing a delay in production (remaining courier charges will be on us! We are just really excited to have you receive your orders as soon as possible) 



Would like to order for a bulk corporate/wedding event, how do I go about doing that?

Do note that for corporate/event orders, depending on the order size, a minimum of one (1) month lead time is required.  


Can I become a stockist?

We would love to hear more about your store! Do note that we are only accepting request if you are a brick and mortar store. Drop us an email with the email header 'Becoming a stockist x (your store name)' and we would get back to you soonest!
